
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Author Roderick S. Baker is a former adjunct professor of global studies. He is a writer, speaker, and personal development mentor. A native of Flint, Michigan, he earned a BS in electrical engineering and BA in political science from Purdue University before serving for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bolivia. While in South America, Baker worked as a community-based agriculture volunteer. He later graduated from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC, with an MA in international relations.
